AQ C8 is also designed for high-aqueous (up to 100% water) mobile phases to separate polar compounds, but it differs in hydrophobicity and selectivity compare with AQ C18.
AQ C8 provides faster, less hydrophobic retention, ideal for faster elution of moderately polar samples. It is ideal for moderately polar samples that may overretain on C18,allowing for faster analysis times.
